What is Uterine Fibroids?

What are the uterine fibroids symptoms?

Some women with uterine fibroids may not experience any symptoms at all, while others may have symptoms that vary depending on the size, number, and location of the fibroids. Some common symptoms of uterine fibroids include:

Heavy or prolonged menstrual periods: This is one of the most common symptoms of uterine fibroids. Women with fibroids may experience bleeding that lasts for more than 7 days, or bleeding that is so heavy that they need to change pads or tampons frequently.
